 Prior to the incident, a man was seen driving a gray Master car with license plate Phnom Penh 2AY-8834 traveling along Street 1966 in the direction from east to west. Suddenly, a man riding a black 2018 Honda Dream C-125 with license plate Phnom Penh 1GT-5531 was traveling along Hanoi Road in a south-to-north direction at high speed. The full left side of the front wheel caused the motorcycle to crash into the road, injuring the face and mouth, while the motorcycle was badly damaged.

Local authorities arrived and representatives from both sides arrived at the scene and the two sides coordinated. After a long negotiation, the two sides agreed, with the car side paying $ 70 to the motorcycle side to end the incident at the scene.
